Job Description
We are looking for a customer-centric, empathetic, and solution-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our product/service. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Support
● Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
● Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and ticketing systems.
● Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
● Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and concerns.
● Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments as per SOP.
● Coordinate with Operations, Technical, and Billing teams for issue resolution.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. .
Required Qualifications & Skills:
● Graduate in any discipline.
● 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, or Customer Success.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Good command of English and Hindi.
● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
● Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
