About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media growth. Freshers with strong knowledge of social media marketing are welcome to apply.
Experience
- Fresher to 2 years of experience
- Relevant internships or freelance experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish posts across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to generate leads, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Monitor ad performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Manage daily social media activities, including comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and videos.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of content planning and post scheduling tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing are an added advantage.
