Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, and strengthen market presence for the company. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and marketing activities, strong client-handling abilities, and the capability to build relationships with customers while identifying new business opportunities. The role requires coordination with internal teams, market research, and execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, client visits, and networking activities to support business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets, increase market presence, and drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, customer requirements, and timely follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct market analysis to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements for identifying expansion opportunities.
- Support promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and branding activities to enhance company visibility.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, reporting, and customer feedback management while maintaining accurate sales records and updates.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Marketing & Sales, preferably within manufacturing, industrial products, packaging materials, or B2B sales environments.
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, client acquisition, and handling end-to-end sales processes.
- Strong understanding of market research, customer relationship management, sales strategies, and revenue generation activities.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, sales tracking, and maintaining customer databases.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, market visits, business development activities, and industry events as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
