We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Explain products/services and persuade customers to make purchases or book appointments.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer information in the database.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, customer support executive, or similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Hindi/English (or regional language as required).
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
- Graduation is a plus.
