We’re looking for a motivated and skilled CSE / CRM Executive.
Requirements:
- Maintain and update CRM database accurately
- Handle customer queries via phone, email & Chats
- Manage and follow up on customer leads and existing clients
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service
- Generate service reports and maintain records
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
