Job Responsibilities
- Prepare fabrication drawings and sketches using AutoCAD based on customer specifications.
- Perform design calculations for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and process equipment.
- Work as per international codes such as ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2, TEMA, AD Merkblätter and PD 5500.
- Prepare detailed fabrication drawings for complex process equipment.
- Prepare and verify BOMs, MTOs and technical specifications.
- Check drawings and past project data to identify and prevent design/interference issues.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of drawings and design documentation.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD and ERP knowledge.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of ASME Section VIII and TEMA.
- Familiarity with national and international material specifications.
- Knowledge of ISO systems and procedures.
Mandatory Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in coded Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger design, preferably using ASME Section VIII and TEMA.
