Yotuh Energy is building the future of cold-chain logistics in India. Its an IITM Incubated Startup founded by IITD Alumnus .We develop electric refrigeration systems for logistics vehicles, helping businesses move temperature-sensitive products more affordably, reliably, and sustainably. As we scale across dairy, fresh produce, pharmaceuticals, and other cold-chain use cases, we’re looking for an HR Intern to help us build the team and people processes behind that growth.
What you’ll do:
- Support end-to-end hiring: JD prep, posting roles, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, agreements, and employee records and Improve Culture
- Maintain HR trackers and support background verification / follow-ups
- Help with day-to-day HR operations and people processes
Who should apply:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets / Docs ( Non Negotiable)
- Interest / experience in HR , recruitment, operations, or campus leadership is a plus
Eligibility: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Management, or related fields
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
