Salary: ₹1.9 LPA – ₹2.1 LPA
Take-Home Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our dry fruits retail stores across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Promote and sell dry fruits, nuts, gift packs, and related products.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and digital payments.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies and store operational procedures.
Required Skills

Qualification
- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Degree.

- Prior experience in retail sales, FMCG, food products, supermarkets, or customer service will be an added advantage.
