- Project Execution: Plan and manage end-to-end schedules for facility renovations, installations, and repairs.
- Maintenance Strategy: Build and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Vendor Management: Hire third-party contractors, secure competitive price quotes, and monitor performance.
- Budget Tracking: Control spending, estimate costs, and optimize resource deployment.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems.
- Planning: Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.
- Communication: Strong negotiation and cross-team coordination abilities.
