Job Overview:
We are seeking two highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinators to support our growing business development team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will act as the crucial link between our sales managers, internal departments, and our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure that the sales process runs smoothly, from initial lead tracking to final documentation. We are strictly looking for candidates who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the Business Development Managers (BDMs) in daily administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on closing deals.
- Lead Management: Track, organize, and update customer leads using CRM software or internal databases. Ensure prompt follow-ups on inquiries via phone and email.
- Documentation & Proposals: Prepare and send out sales presentations, client proposals, project brochures, and booking agreements with high attention to detail.
- Client Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, answering initial project queries, providing updates, and ensuring a premium customer service experience.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking team targets, site visit schedules, and conversion rates for management review.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar support role (experience in Real Estate or Construction is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and experience working with CRM systems.
- Core Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills (Malayalam and English), and a keen eye for detail.
- Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner.
