At Zenalyst (based in Bengaluru), we are scaling our engineering team and looking for a hands-on Full Stack who loves writing clean code as much as mentoring people.
If you have 3-4 years of experience in Java and it's frameworks and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you!
What you’ll do:
- Lead, code, and architect scalable web applications.
- Mentor a smart team of junior and mid-level developers.
- Translate complex product requirements into solid technical execution.
What we are looking for:
- Java: Deep backend expertise (SpringBoot/Maven/Flyway/Hibernate).
- Node: Solid foundation in at least one of the node frameworks.
- Database and Management: Clarity with production usecase and management of the multiple database formats like blob-storage, SQL, NoSQL, Vector Database.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
Mandatory:
- Working knowledge of Git, Github and CI workflows in Github.
- Docker.
- React (for front-end).
Nice to Have:
- Comfortable working with Azure.
- AI development workflows.
- Experience with Database architecture.
- Experience with enterprise security and communication protocols.
