We are looking for an experienced and result driven Team Lead to manage and grow our B2C and HoReCa sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage B2C and HoReCa sales operation
- Drive sales growth across GT, MT, HoReCa & E-Commerce channels
- Data Analysis and Problem Solving
- Manage distributors, key accounts & market expansion.
- Track targets, KPIs & sales performance
- Execute channel growth and business development strategies
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Food/FMCG Sales
- Team Handling & channel management experience preffered
- Strong communication & business development skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
