*HIRING: Marketing + Institute Manager*
*Location:* Pune, fursungi Maharashtra
*Job Description:*
We are looking for a dynamic person to join our institute who can manage both marketing activities and overall day-to-day operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Marketing*: Social media management, lead generation, running Google/Facebook ads, admissions counseling, branding, pamphlet/hoarding campaigns
- *Operations*: Handle student inquiries, manage staff, coordinate batches, maintain records, oversee institute functioning
- *Business Development*: Tie-ups with schools/colleges, conduct seminars, plan growth strategies
*Requirements:*
- *Experience*: 1-3 years in education institute/coaching marketing preferred
- *Skills*: Good communication in Hindi, English & Marathi. Basic computer & MS Office knowledge. Target-oriented
- *Qualification*: Graduate in any stream.
- *Traits*: Multi-tasker, problem solver, willing to take complete ownership
*Salary*: ₹15,000 + incentives based on admissions

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
