Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Personal Loan & Overdraft
Location: Sector 2, Noida
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹24,000 Fixed + Attractive Incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to promote and generate business for Personal Loan and Overdraft products. The role involves customer acquisition, lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, references, field activities, and other sourcing channels.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable Personal Loan and Overdraft solutions.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and loan processes to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in banking, financial services, loans, insurance, or telesales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
