*Job Summary:*
The Repair Engineer is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and maintaining electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment. The role involves identifying root causes of failures, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring products meet quality and performance standards before delivery to customers.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment, machines, PCBs, and electronic assemblies.
2. Perform component-level repair and replacement.
3. Analyze failure modes and identify root causes.
4. Conduct testing and validation after repair.
5. Maintain repair records, service reports, and documentation.
6. Support installation, commissioning, and customer service activities when required.
7. Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams to resolve technical issues.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
9. Handle preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
10. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
*Required Skills:*
1. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
2. Knowledge of electrical, electronics, sensors, motors, and control systems.
3. Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents and Schematics.
4. Familiarity with testing instruments such as multimeters, Clam meter, and power analyzers.
5. Good communication and reporting skills.
6. Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
*Qualification:*
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
