We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet performance targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to increase sales opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
