Position: PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer
Experience: 4-7 Years
Location: Bhuj, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Mitsubishi, Delta).
- Design and configure HMI applications for industrial automation.
- Design electrical control panels using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Select electrical components, sensors, and instrumentation for SPM (Special Purpose Machines).
- Perform control panel wiring, field wiring, commissioning, machine testing, calibration, and validation.
- Configure communication protocols such as RS-232, RS-485, and Ethernet.
- Integrate servo drives, AC motors, VFDs, and motion control systems.
- Coordinate with the Mechanical Design and Production teams for project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure machine performance, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automation systems.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Mitsubishi and Delta PLC & HMI programming.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical.
- Understanding of sensors, pneumatic systems, motors, servo drives, and VFDs.
- Experience in SPM and industrial automation projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Education Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Candidates with relevant certifications in PLC, HMI, SCADA, Industrial Automation, or AutoCAD Electrical will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
