Centre Head – Job Description
Position: Centre Head
Location: Nedumangadu, Thiruvananthapuram
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the academic, administrative, and sales teams.
- Achieve student admissions, revenue, and business growth targets.
- Ensure excellent student, parent, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute marketing, promotional, and outreach activities to increase admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, hospitals, and corporate organizations.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity, and provide regular guidance.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Coordinate interviews, placements, training sessions, and student support activities.
- Handle enquiries, grievances, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Maintain the overall quality, discipline, and reputation of the centre.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, education management, or sales leadership.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA (HR/Marketing/Management) is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with the ability to drive admissions and business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
