Responsibilities
- Engage with potential leads through phone calls and emails.
- Provide detailed information about franchise sales processes.
- Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and outcomes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in telesales or academic counseling.
- Strong understanding of higher education programs and admission processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective students.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
