We are hiring a Billing Engineer to manage project billing, BOQs, and tendering processes for construction and interior projects. The role requires strong financial and technical understanding, along with coordination across site teams, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project billing and invoices in line with project milestones
- Track payments, verify contractor bills, and ensure timely financial closures
- Prepare and maintain detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil and interior works
- Support cost estimation and overall project budget tracking
- Prepare tender documents and manage the end-to-end tendering process
- Evaluate bids, analyze quotations, and coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Verify site bills and measurements to ensure accuracy and compliance with project scope
- Support timely project execution through accurate billing and financial validation
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, contractors, and clients for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate Excel trackers, billing records, and financial data
- Provide regular updates on billing status, project costs, and financial performance
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years experience as a Billing Engineer / Project Accounts / QS role (non-fresher)
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, billing, and tendering processes
- Proficient in Excel and basic accounting/project costing
- Good communication skills for client and contractor coordination
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
