Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage initial client interactions, qualify leads, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate projects
- Respond to customer inquiries from portals, ads, and campaigns
- Understand client requirements (budget, location preference, property type)
- Provide project details, pricing, and offers to potential clients
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM/Excel
- Follow up with prospects to improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- CRM/Excel knowledge
Experience:
- 1–5 years in Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Real Estate
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
