About Four Brothers
Four Brothers is a growing Indian stainless steel kitchenware and home essentials brand with a strong product portfolio of 250+ SKUs across cookware, kitchenware, water bottles, flasks, lunchware, storage and everyday-use home products.
We are currently expanding our brand presence, distributor network, B2B business, PR activities and D2C e-commerce operations.
We are now looking for a highly performance-driven E-commerce Growth Manager who can take complete ownership of our online sales channels and build them into a strong and scalable revenue vertical.
This is not a product-listing or order-processing role.
We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for traffic, conversion, advertising performance, marketplace growth and, most importantly, online sales revenue.
Your Primary Mission
Take complete ownership of online sales for Four Brothers across:
- Four Brothers D2C website
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Meesho
- Other relevant online marketplaces and emerging e-commerce channels
Our initial objective is to look for Performance in the D2C website towards a consistent level of approximately, followed by systematic scaling based on ROAS, profitability, repeat purchases and operational capacity.
The right candidate should be capable of creating and executing the complete strategy required to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities1. D2C Website Sales Growth
Own and grow sales from the Four Brothers website.
You will be responsible for:
- Increasing qualified website traffic
- Improving conversion rates
- Planning product and category campaigns
- Identifying hero products and scalable offers
- Building bundles, combos and promotional strategies
- Improving product pages and collection pages
- Reducing cart and checkout abandonment
- Increasing Average Order Value (AOV)
- Building repeat-purchase and retention strategies
- Coordinating website improvements required for higher conversion
2. Performance Marketing ( Mandatory )
Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across:
- Meta Ads – Facebook and Instagram
- Google Ads
- Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
- Retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Marketplace advertising platforms
The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of:
- Campaign structure
- Audience strategy
- Creative testing
- Product testing
- Budget allocation
- ROAS optimisation
- CAC reduction
- Scaling winning campaigns
- Retargeting funnels
- Pixel and conversion tracking
- Google Merchant Center and product feed optimisation
We are looking for someone who understands that performance marketing is not about spending budgets—it is about generating profitable and scalable sales.
3. Marketplace Growth
Take ownership of sales performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other relevant marketplaces.
Responsibilities include:
- Product listing optimisation
- Keyword research
- Marketplace SEO
- Advertising and PPC campaign management
- Pricing and promotion strategy
- Deal and event participation
- Inventory planning coordination
- Buy Box monitoring
- Review and rating improvement strategies
- Competitor analysis
- Marketplace profitability monitoring
- Identifying products with high marketplace potential
4. Product & Category Strategy
Four Brothers has a large portfolio of fast-moving, everyday-use products.
The candidate must be able to:
- Analyse the complete SKU portfolio
- Identify high-potential products
- Select hero products for advertising
- Create category-wise growth strategies
- Build product bundles and combinations
- Identify seasonal opportunities
- Analyse product-level profitability
- Recommend which SKUs should be scaled, improved or paused
5. Analytics & Reporting
The candidate must be comfortable working with data and making decisions based on numbers.
Key metrics include:
- Daily orders
- Revenue
- ROAS
- CAC / CPA
- Conversion rate
- Average Order Value
- Add-to-cart rate
- Checkout conversion rate
- Repeat purchase rate
- Marketplace ACOS and TACOS
- Product-level profitability
A clear weekly and monthly growth report will be expected.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Has 3–7 years of relevant e-commerce and performance marketing experience
- Has hands-on experience scaling D2C brands
- Has managed Meta Ads and Google Ads independently
- Understands Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Has experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar marketplaces
- Understands Google Merchant Center and product feeds
- Can analyse data and take fast decisions
- Understands CRO and e-commerce customer journeys
- Is comfortable taking ownership of sales targets
- Thinks commercially and understands profitability, not just revenue
- Can coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies and operations teams
- Is proactive, accountable and strongly execution-focused

What Success in This Role Looks Like
During the initial phase, the selected candidate will be expected to:
- Audit the existing website, advertising accounts and marketplace presence
- Build a clear 30-60-90 day growth plan
- Identify the strongest products and categories for scaling
- Develop a structured acquisition and retargeting strategy
- Improve website conversion and customer journey
- Build towards consistent daily order growth
- Create a scalable roadmap for significantly higher online sales volumes
