Job Overview
Sobha Limited is hiring Malayalam-speaking Pre-Sales Executives for its real estate sales team in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
The role involves handling customer enquiries, explaining property details, and coordinating site visits for interested customers. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Explain property details, features, and available options to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Maintain good communication and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Follow up with interested customers and support the sales process.
Eligibility
- PUC / Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Age: Up to 35 years
- Good communication skills are mandatory.
- Fluent Malayalam + English is mandatory.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and interest in real estate sales are preferred.
Salary & Incentives
Freshers: ₹18,000 In-Hand / ₹22,000 CTC per month
Experienced: ₹27,000 In-Hand / ₹30,000 CTC per month
Additional performance-based incentives available.
Interview Process
Round 1: Initial Interview – Whitefield
Round 2: Final Interview – Sobha Head Office, Bellandur
Selected candidates can proceed with onboarding after the interview process.
