The primary responsibility of this role is finding, contacting, and converting potential international clients for our academic editing, proofreading, research support, formatting, and related educational services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate international leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, student communities, and professional networks.
- Build relationships with students, researchers, education consultants, and relevant organisations.
- Communicate professionally with international prospects and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Meet monthly client-acquisition and revenue targets.
- Explore new markets and develop effective client-acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with the founder and academic team to ensure a smooth client experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in international sales, business development, lead generation, EdTech, education consulting, or similar fields.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Confident communicating with clients from different countries.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, CRM, or social-media lead generation is an advantage.
Compensation: ₹10,000–₹40,000/month + performance-based commission.

Important: This is a sales and client-acquisition role. The primary KPI is paying clients and revenue generated, not simply the number of leads collected.
