1. Production Planning & Control – Plan shift activities and achieve daily production targets.
2. Manpower Management – Allocate operators/workers effectively and manage shift attendance.
3. Machine & Process Knowledge – Understand production machines, processes, and operating parameters.
4. Quality Control – Ensure products meet quality standards and reduce rejection/rework.
5. Safety Management – Follow safety procedures and ensure workers use proper PPE.
6. Problem Solving – Quickly identify and resolve production, machine, and process problems.
7. Team Leadership – Motivate, guide, and coordinate operators and technicians.
8. Communication Skills – Clearly communicate instructions and shift requirements.
9. 5S & Housekeeping – Maintain workplace organisation, cleanliness, and discipline.
10. Downtime Management – Monitor machine breakdowns and minimise production losses.
11. Production Reporting – Maintain shift production, rejection, downtime, and manpower reports.
12. Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for productivity improvement and cost reduction.
13. Time Management – Prioritise activities to meet production schedules.
14. Basic Computer Skills – Excel, ERP, production reporting, and data entry.
15. KRA Monitoring – Track OEE, productivity, rejection, downtime, and target achievement.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
