About the Role
SL Architect & Developers is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, and helping convert prospects into successful interior and construction projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads for architecture, construction, and interior design projects.
- Communicate with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and explain our design and construction services.
- Schedule site visits and client meetings with the design team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client relationship.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and project presentations.
- Coordinate with the design and project team to ensure smooth project discussions.
- Maintain proper records of leads and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of interior design, architecture, or construction services (preferred).
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
- Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
