Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Planning
- Develop brand-specific social media strategies aligned with client objectives and marketing goals.
- Understand algorithms of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and other platforms to craft content plans that maximize reach and engagement.
- Build monthly and quarterly content calendars that include videos, campaigns, influencer collaborations, and topical opportunities.
- Work closely with the Brand Strategy and Creative teams to ensure alignment with the brand’s voice and positioning.
Content Ideation and Direction
- Conceptualize engaging content ideas, campaign hooks, and storytelling directions for each platform.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and video editors to ensure creative content aligns with digital objectives.
- Optimize videos, reels, carousels, and posts for platform-specific performance.
- Identify moment marketing trends and opportunities for brands to join relevant conversations.
Execution and Publishing
- Oversee day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Ensure brand tone and aesthetics remain consistent across all platforms.
- Implement best practices for hashtags, timing, tagging, and creative formats.
- Engage with audience comments, messages, and mentions to build brand loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rate, conversions, and retention.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
- Use data to refine strategy and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Stay updated on platform changes and new tools to keep brands ahead of the curve.
Collaboration and Client Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client social media deliverables.
- Present strategy decks, content calendars, and performance reports during client meetings.
- Coordinate with the Video Production team to repurpose long-format content into engaging digital assets.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to align paid and organic strategies.
Influencer and Campaign Management
- Identify and collaborate with influencers relevant to each brand’s audience and tone.
- Manage influencer deliverables, communication, and content approvals.
- Measure campaign ROI and performance effectiveness.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms and how to leverage them for growth.
- Proven experience in building content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into creative, actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio,
- A mix of creative thinking and analytical clarity to know what works and why.
