QA Specialist / QA Team Member
Experience: 2 to 4 years in eLearning QA or software testing; senior QA experience preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
Rate/Budget: INR 75,000/month

Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated QA Specialist to ensure the quality, accuracy, accessibility, functionality, and compliance of our eLearning solutions across various formats, including Web-Based Training (WBT), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and mobile learning content.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Testing: Perform comprehensive testing of eLearning content, focusing on functionality, design consistency, and overall user experience.
- Manual and Automated Testing: Conduct manual and basic automated testing for WBT, ILT, and mobile learning courses.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards such as SCORM, AICC, WCAG/Section 508, and LMS compatibility, along with specific project requirements.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and report defects using Jira or other tracking tools to facilitate resolution.
- Accessibility Testing: Support accessibility testing initiatives and help maintain quality checklists and documentation.
Core Competencies / Tools
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in SCORM, AICC, WCAG/Section 508 standards.
- LMS Familiarity: Experience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning authoring tools.
- QA Tools: Proficient in using Jira and other QA tools for defect tracking and management.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
