Logistics Sr.Executive/Manager (Import& Export)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate import and export shipments by air, sea, and road.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve shipping delays, customs clearance issues, and logistics-related problems.
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist with import/export licensing and regulatory compliance when required.
- License & Scheme Management (AAL, MOOWR, WOU, Duty Drawback)- Must
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in import/export logistics or international shipping.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, and international trade documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, logistics software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of freight forwarding and customs clearance processes.
- Understanding of international trade regulations and compliance.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Good analytical and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
