We are looking for a highly energetic Field Executive who can expand Fuddo's presence in Vijayawada by onboarding restaurants and delivery partners while building strong local relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesRestaurant Onboarding
- Identify and approach restaurants, cafes, bakeries, tiffin centers, sweet shops, and cloud kitchens.
- Explain Fuddo's business model and benefits.
- Convert leads into active restaurant partners.
- Collect required documents and complete onboarding.
- Coordinate menu collection, restaurant information, and onboarding process.
- Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
Delivery Partner Recruitment
- Recruit and onboard delivery riders in assigned areas.
- Explain earning opportunities and app usage.
- Assist riders in registration and document submission.
- Maintain sufficient rider availability in the city.
Market Development
- Conduct local market surveys.
- Identify high-potential restaurant clusters.
- Track competitor activities and local market opportunities.
- Generate daily field reports and onboarding updates.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently meet restaurant owners and decision-makers.
- Local area knowledge of Vijayawada.
- Basic smartphone and mobile app knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Good relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic Excel and Google Sheets knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Intermediate.
- Experience in food delivery, FMCG, telecom, field sales, merchant acquisition, banking sales, or business development.
- Experience with restaurant onboarding is a strong advantage.

- Result-oriented and willing to travel within the city.
- Fluent in Telugu. Basic English is preferred.
