A Floor Manager oversees daily operations, supervises staff, and ensures high-quality customer service in retail, hospitality, or production environments. They are responsible for team training, managing inventory or floor stock, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies to achieve efficiency and sales targets.
- Staff Leadership: Mentoring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations for floor staff.
- Operational Control: Overseeing daily workflow to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company procedures.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handling customer complaints, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring high service standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment that meets health and safety regulations.
- Reporting: Liaising between front-line staff and upper management, providing feedback on performance and operational issues

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
