About the Role: We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. If you have excellent communication, coordination skills and a passion for converting leads and refernces into beautiful projects, satisfying customer, this job is for you! Both experienced professionals and motivated freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: We provide high-quality online leads; your job is to follow up.
- Client Consultation: Meet clients, understand their design requirements, take site measurements, explain material categories, obatain and present 3D designs/quotations from us to customer and close the deal.
- Negotiation & Closing: Communicate effectively with clients, handle budget adjustments, and confirm projects within deadlines. Then hand over project to site supervisors. Later follow up with customer as required.
What We Offer:
- Attractive Incentives: Earn a 1% extra commission on total project completed above ₹25 Lakhs/ month in addition with monthly salary. Also fuel, mobile incentives will be provided.
- Training & Support: For freshers, we provide a 1 month paid probationary/training period with expert guidance. Performance will be evaluated of initial 60 days for permanent placement.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand quotations and canvas interior projects.
- Ability to visualize or imaginate 3d space and learn types of materials and their differences.
- Bike and valid driving license (preferred for site visits). If own vehicle is not available company will lend one.
