Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers over voice calls.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps in a clear and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
