Your typical day will involve collaborating with different teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently, and contributing to the overall success of the organization by maintaining high service standards and responsiveness to user needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities that require analytical thinking and a proactive approach to system management, ensuring that all components function seamlessly to support business operations.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with system integration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
