Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Associates to join our EdTech sales team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with aspiring learners, understanding their career goals, guiding them about healthcare and life science programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and online platforms to understand their career requirements.
- Counsel learners about CliniLaunch programs and explain course benefits, career opportunities, and industry scope.
- Handle inbound leads and conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into successful enrollments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead details and update sales activities in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide a smooth enrollment experience.
- Address student queries and resolve objections effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless admission and onboarding processes.
- Participate in sales training and improve product knowledge continuously.
