Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company's civil construction services, construction materials, infrastructure projects, and related business activities. The role involves generating leads, developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, coordinating with project teams, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Marketing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in civil construction, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
- Promote company services including civil construction works, P-Way works, road construction, earthwork, structural works, and related engineering services.
- Market construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, pipes, fittings, and other project-related products.
- Conduct market surveys to identify potential clients, contractors, consultants, government departments, and private developers.
- Prepare and submit marketing reports, presentations, and business proposals.
Market Research
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and upcoming construction projects.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the company's customer base and product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of civil construction processes and construction materials.
- Ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
