We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the complete operations of our Hotels & Resorts across Tamil Nadu. The candidate will be responsible for managing hotel operations, guest relations, staff management, revenue generation, and overall business performance. The role also requires strong supervision of the Food & Beverage department to ensure service quality, hygiene standards, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:Hotel & Resort Operations
- Handle day-to-day overall operations of the hotel/resort.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
- Maintain high hospitality and service standards.
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Food & Beverage Management
- Supervise restaurant, kitchen, banquet, and F&B service operations.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, presentation, and service standards.
- Monitor food cost, wastage control, inventory, and profitability.
- Coordinate with chefs and F&B staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in dining and banquet services.
Revenue & Sales
- Achieve monthly revenue and occupancy targets.
- Support sales and marketing activities.
- Develop corporate bookings, events, and travel agent tie-ups.
- Monitor OTA performance and pricing strategies.
Guest Relations
- Handle guest feedback and complaint resolution professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and repeat business.
- Maintain positive online reviews and guest ratings.
Qualification:
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
- or
- Any Degree with Hotel Management Experience
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel/resort operations.
- Experience in handling Food & Beverage operations
Salary:
₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
