- Call new leads and explain products and program.
- Answer customer queries on phone and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with interested customers until they place an order.
- Generate new reseller and dropshipping leads.
- Confirm orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer details in Excel or CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and resellers.
- Handle customer complaints politely and resolve basic issues.
- Achieve daily call and sales targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi (English is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and MS Excel.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
Working Hours
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
