Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons according to the curriculum.
- Create a positive and effective learning environment.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Provide guidance and support to students.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school meetings, events, and professional development programs.
- Use modern teaching methods and educational technology where appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but freshers may also apply.
- Passion for education and student development.
