Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Vadodara, India for a Mechanical Design Engineer with Zero to One year Experience. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for leading and contributing to the design, development, and prototyping of mechanical systems and products. This includes machine and product design, drafting detailed technical drawings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that designs meet performance standards. This role will also involve extensively using Solidworks to create detailed models and overseeing production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Regular problem-solving, testing, and iterative improvements to designs will form a core part of daily responsibilities.

- Work on high-precision machines used in pharmaceutical testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable, scalable solutions

What We’re Looking For
Core Skills
- Expertise in SolidWorks (design, animation, stress analysis)
- Strong understanding of tolerances and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Hands-on experience with tools, prototyping, and measurements
- Solid documentation and reporting skills
- A focused, goal-driven mindset
Nice to Have
- Passion for mechanical design and hands-on problem-solving
- Experience with motion systems (steppers, servos, torque calculations)
- Knowledge of pneumatics (circuit design, valve sizing)
- Familiarity with materials used in pharmaceutical machinery
- Basic Python programming and experience with platforms like Raspberry Pi
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A mindset of continuous learning and curiosity
