Gitakshmi Technolabs is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (B2B) to drive business growth in the EdTech and Training industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and promoting EdTech solutions, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital learning services.
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the EdTech and Training industry.
- Promote EdTech solutions, LMS platforms, and digital learning services to educational institutions and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate learning teams.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and solution demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable learning solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 3–6 years of B2B Business Development or Sales experience.
- Experience in EdTech, Educational Services, Training Industry, or LMS sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with educational institutions or corporate training clients will be an added advantage.
