Lead Generation Specialist – Local Businesses
One Chance To Grow is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who understands how to generate qualified leads for local service businesses.
We work with industries such as locksmiths, towing companies, pest control companies, appliance repair businesses, restaurants, and other local service providers.
Your primary responsibility is not social media management. Your primary responsibility is generating measurable leads and helping businesses grow.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies
- Generate inbound leads through Google Ads, SEO, and local marketing
- Build and optimize landing pages
- Track lead performance and conversions
- Manage CRM and lead follow-up systems
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Improve website conversion rates
- Assist with automation and AI-driven marketing campaigns
- Provide reports showing actual business growth and lead generation results
Requirements:
- Experience generating leads for local businesses
- Understanding of Google Ads and Local SEO
- Experience with landing pages and conversion optimization
- Ability to analyze marketing data and improve results
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
