Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop content calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns
- Create and manage short-form video content (Reels), including ideation, shooting, and editing
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, especially viral and high-reach formats
- Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, campaigns, and brand messaging
- Design basic creatives using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Basic videography and video editing skills
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and audience engagement strategies
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns
Good to Have
- Experience working with consumer tech or smartphone brands
- Exposure to influencer marketing campaigns
- Understanding of SEO and digital growth strategies
Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
