Solution Design & Concept Development
- Develop machine concepts, automation strategies, and process flow for SPM solutions.
- Participate in concept reviews and technical feasibility discussions.
- Support selection of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control components.
- Collaborate with design teams on machine layouts, sequences, and cycle optimization.
Pre‑Sales & Proposal Support
- Support sales teams with technical inputs for proposals, costing, and timelines.
- Prepare technical specifications, BOM inputs, and concept drawings for customer quotes.
- Participate in technical discussions, clarifications, and customer audits during proposal stages.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with mechanical, electrical, PLC, robotics, vision, and manufacturing teams.
- Support continuous improvement based on feedback from assembly, trials, and customer usage.
- Assist in standardization of modules, sub‑assemblies, and best practices.
Work Experience
- BE / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience in similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills
