Key Responsibilities
- Engage with startups and SMEs to understand their funding requirements
- Structure and advise on debt solutions including Venture Debt, Working Capital, Structured Credit, Leasing, and Factoring
- Manage transactions from sourcing to disbursement
- Coordinate with lenders and stakeholders for seamless deal execution
- Conduct financial analysis, credit assessment, and deal evaluation
- Build strong relationships with clients and lending partners
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Financial Services, Lending, Corporate Banking, Debt Advisory, or Credit
- Strong understanding of debt products and credit assessment
- Experience in deal execution and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
