Job Definition - Responsible for promoting room sales and food and beverage sales by booking operations, driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and supervising team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reservations operations and ensure accurate processing of bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase occupancy, bookings, and revenue.
- Supervise and guide sales and reservations executives, providing training and performance support.
- Monitor reservation trends, booking patterns, and sales performance reports.
- Handle key client accounts, corporate bookings, and customer escalations.
- Coordinate with departments such as Front Office, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and reservation procedures.
- Maximize revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on sales targets, booking performance, and market trends.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
