Fleet Operations
Key Responsibilities
1. Vehicle Operations & Allotment
o Manage allocation of company vehicles across all branches.
o Optimize vehicle usage to reduce idle time and maximize efficiency.
2. Return Load Management
o Coordinate return loads for vehicles at odd locations.
o Liaise with brokers and branch managers to ensure vehicles are utilized effectively on return trips.
3. Driver Coordination
o Assign drivers to vehicles and ensure timely arrival at loading points.
o Maintain clear communication channels with drivers for operational updates.
4. Transit Operations & Tracking
o Monitor vehicle movement during transit using GPS and tracking systems.
o Handle en-route issues, breakdowns, or delays to minimize disruptions.
5. On-Time Delivery
· Ensure vehicles reach destinations within scheduled timelines.
· Track performance metrics for delivery punctuality and operational efficiency.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong organizational and coordination skills
· Knowledge of fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools
· Ability to manage multiple branches and remote operations
· Negotiation skills for dealing with brokers and vendors
· Problem-solving mindset for handling transit challenges
· Effective communication with drivers and branch staff

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
