We are XIPL, a fast-moving AI startup building Tuck, an enterprise-grade Virtual Try-On (VTON) platform for global fashion brands.
We are looking for a highly organized HR & Marketing Executive to be the operational backbone of our Kochi office. This is a unique, high-visibility role where you will work directly with our founding team. You will have the dual mandate of scaling our internal company culture while driving our external digital marketing engine. What You Will Do
HR & People Operations (Core Focus)
- Productivity Tracking: Act as the operational anchor. Monitor, track, and drive the daily productivity of our engineering and business teams to ensure sprint goals and KPIs are met.
- Culture Building: Build and sustain a high-performance, engaging company culture among a young, driven team of engineers and operators.
- Talent Acquisition & Ops: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensure seamless onboarding, and oversee the day-to-day administration of HR policies.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Content & Social: Drive our B2B brand narrative by managing and publishing targeted content across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Inbound & SEO: Execute organic growth strategies through blogs, backlinks, and tech directory listings.
- Campaign Analytics: Track conversion metrics, manage Go-To-Market timelines, and support the optimization of paid media campaigns.
Who You Are
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in HR, operations, or digital marketing. Bachelor's degree required (MBA or BBA preferred).
- The Operator Mindset: You are highly organized. You can seamlessly context-switch between tracking team productivity metrics and executing a creative marketing campaign without dropping the ball.
- Crisp Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal skills—equally effective at resolving an internal team roadblock as you are at drafting a brand post.
- The Digital Edge: You understand digital marketing fundamentals (a specialized course or certification is a big plus).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
