About the Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Success team.
You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking healthcare services through LabStack. Your role is to understand customer requirements, guide them to the right service, convert enquiries into confirmed orders, and ensure a seamless experience throughout their journey.
You will manage interactions across calls, WhatsApp, and email while coordinating with providers and internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment and resolution of issues.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer enquiries across calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate healthcare services.
- Convert enquiries, quotations, and requests into confirmed orders.
- Follow up with customers to drive conversions and order completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage customer concerns, complaints, and escalations.
- Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication with customers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and operational systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in customer success, inside sales, telesales, customer support, hospitality, travel, banking, insurance, e-commerce, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable handling customer conversations over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Healthcare experience is not required.
