Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our business development initiatives and drive revenue growth for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of IT services and solutions, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other sales channels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, requirement gathering, proposal submission, negotiations, and deal closure.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and strategic clients.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance through regular reviews.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Develop performance improvement plans and support career growth within the team.
- Foster a positive and target-driven sales culture.
Sales Planning & Strategy
- Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation and branding initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
- Recommend new market segments and business opportunities for expansion.
Coordination & Project Handover
- Work closely with technical, recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth transition of projects after deal closure.
- Coordinate internally to address client concerns and deliver quality services.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
